Please join us in welcoming Alyssa Brown to the communications team for Premier! She will serve as Communications Coordinator.

Alyssa is a Penn State graduate with a degree in Agribusiness Management. While at Penn State, she was an active member of the Block and Bridle Club and competed on the 2025 Poultry Judging Team. She also worked at the Swine Research Center where she had the opportunity to learn about all aspects of production. Growing up, she was a part of 4-H, showing pigs, chickens, and dairy cows. Those early experiences shaped her passion for livestock and the agricultural community. In high school, she worked at a local dairy farm, milking cows after school, and also competed in Dairy Bowl/Jeopardy at the PA Holstein Convention.

“These experiences have given me a strong foundation in agriculture and a genuine appreciation for the people and work that keep the industry moving,” said Alyssa. “In my new role, I’m excited to continue growing in this industry by learning from farmers and building strong connections with my new colleagues. I’m excited to combine what I learned in school with my creativity to help share their stories in meaningful ways.”

Outside of work, Alyssa loves spending time outdoors, whether it is hiking, fishing, hunting, or in a boat out on the water. She also enjoys quieter hobbies like baking, photography, and quilting, and values any time spent with family.
