Elijah Williard, Area Sales Manager

Elijah Williard serves as an Area Sales Manager (ASM) for Premier’s Central Region. Having been with the company for 10 years, Eli spent his first eight years as a technician before transitioning into his current role three years ago.

When asked what he finds most rewarding about his role, Eli said, “I find my work deeply rewarding because it allows me to problem-solve and find effective solutions for producers. My hands-on background as a technician provides me with a unique perspective on the operational challenges my team and customers face daily.”

When asked what advice he would give to someone interested in a similar career path at Premier, Eli says, “Have patience. The lifeblood of our business is our technicians and salespeople. You earn your path in this company by putting in the time, having a good work ethic, and proving your value through results. Do not be turned away from roles based on perception; keep an open mind.”
