Our next employee highlight is Caitlyn Fuhrer!

On April 1st, Caitlyn officially stepped into her role as a Reproductive Services Specialist in Central New York. Caitlyn first joined the Premier team as an intern/relief tech back in February while finishing up school.

Her day-to-day work is spent out in the field providing reproductive services for the farms in her area. Along with this, she also helps to guide farmers in the reproductive decisions they make within their herds

When asked what she finds most rewarding about her role, she states, “I love being able to make meaningful connections with farmers to help promote a flourishing herd.”

When asked what advice she would give to someone interested in a similar career path, Caitlyn says, “Don’t let an opportunity walk away because you are scared of the unknown.”
