This week, the spotlight is on Chris Hess!

Chris has been with Premier as a Sales Support Specialist since February 2025. Most of his day-to-day work involves assisting the Area Sales Managers in his area by doing work with Select Mating Service® (SMS®) and Select Reproductive Solutions® (SRS®), as well as growing CowManager® sales.

When asked what he finds most rewarding about his role, Chris states, “I enjoy working alongside the sales team to achieve or exceed the goals set by the individual customers.”

When asked what advice he would give to someone interested in a similar career path at Premier, Chris says, “Always find new or creative ways to help customers and sales staff reach goals.”

Outside of work, Chris enjoys spending time with his wife, Tiffany, and their five children. Family hobbies include showing the kids’ market animals and spending time outdoors.
