This week, we are highlighting Kevin Lincomfelt, our Sales Support Specialist for the Southern Region!

Kevin joined the Premier team in June 2023. In his role, he keeps a sharp eye on day-to-day operations by assisting with CowManager sales and support for the entire southern region, managing reproduction protocols for dairies, and assisting Area Sales Managers with sales.

When asked about the most rewarding part of his role, Kevin says, “My favorite thing is being a valuable teammate for my ASMs and helping them be successful. I also enjoy repro work–helping herds turn their repro around is always fun.”

When asked what advice he has for anyone looking to build a similar career path at Premier, Kevin offers two keys to success: “Number one, know your stuff and be prepared. Second, get out in the field with your team and do the work.”

Kevin has been happily married to his wife, Jessica, for 19 years, and they have three children. In his spare time, he loves to hunt and officiate high school sports!
