Andy VanSkiver, Area Sales Manager in Premier’s northern region, retires February 28, 2026 after 19 years of service.

Andy began working for our cooperative in August 2007. Prior to his hiring, he served as the NE Manager for Orkin Pest Control – Ag Division. While at Premier, he was a 13-time recipient of the President’s Club Award, and he has also received the Super Achiever award.

“The best part of my job was that it was never a ‘job,’” said Andy. “I’ve had great customers.”

“Andy has always been a hard worker who is deeply committed to providing excellent customer service,” said Eric Lundberg, Northern Regional Sales Manager for Premier. “He consistently went above and beyond to assist his customers, and he always did so with a smile and a sense of humor. In addition to his professional dedication, he has always been a devoted father and grandfather. He will be truly missed by our entire team.”

Andy is proud to be passing the torch to his son, Tyler VanSkiver, who has joined the team at Premier Select Sires and is taking over as Area Sales Manager covering Andy’s territory.
