Ava Neville has accepted the position of 2025 Communications Intern for Premier Select Sires, effective May 19, 2025. In this role, Ava will be creating content, managing social media, assisting with promotional campaigns, representing the cooperative at events, and collaborating with staff and customers to enhance outreach and engagement under the advisement of Communications Specialist Laura Williams.

Ava is currently a rising junior at Penn State University majoring in Animal Science with minors in Agronomy and Poultry and Avian Science. She is active in Penn State Dairy Science Club along with the PSU FFA Alumni and Supporters group. She also helps on her family’s dairy farm, Vin-Deb Dairy, when she is not at school.

Ava is excited for the opportunity to join the cooperative and learn more about this aspect of the industry, especially with growing up on the production side. “I hope to gain a lot from this internship and make connections that will be beneficial in my future,” said Ava.
