Madison Bomgardner has joined Premier as an intern in our central region. Please join us in welcoming her!
Madison recently completed her third year at Penn State University, where she is pursuing her bachelor’s degree in Animal Science with a minor in Livestock Production. She grew up on her family’s multi-generational farm where they operate a cow-calf herd and two commercial layer houses, as well as raise a number of 4-H projects. Madison shows pigs competitively across the country, which roots her interest in genetics.
“I have been focusing on broadening my knowledge of agriculture by learning more about the dairy side of the industry,” said Madison. “I am looking forward to furthering my knowledge through hands-on, in the field experiences.”
Outside of work, Madison stays busy working on her family’s farm, showing pigs, attending church, and spending quality time with friends and family.
“I’m very excited for my time with Premier this summer, not only for the work experience, but also for the connections that have already been and continue to be made with the company.”
