Premier Select Cooperative, Inc. is seeking a CowManager Team Leader for our marketing area.   This new position will be responsible for identifying and developing opportunities for CowManager, creating and conducting product training, and coordinating overall company CowManager communications.  Travel is required.

Main Responsibilities:

• – Identify and develop sales channels with emphasis on CowManager to drive revenue growth by promoting the system to customers
• – Analyze and prepare sales reports to gauge performance
• – Develop sales tools to assist the sales team
• – Assist Regional Sales Managers in educational events for employees & customers
• – Be first point of contact in helping sales and installs between CowManager manufacturing and local specialists
• – Develop relevant materials used in product promotion, sales efforts, and training
• – Be a conduit for initial CowManager inquiries to the local CowManager specialist
• – Continuously review and recommend improvements of CowManager within the cooperative to best meet customer needs and sales commitments
• – Other tasks as assigned

• – CowManager Sales
  • – Total Sensor sales ($)
  • – Growth in system adoption
  • – Successful product launches
• – Drive ecosystem revenue growth by pulling through attachment sales of supporting offerings as measured by:
  • – Total sales dollars
  • – Increased per customer lifetime value through adoption of portfolio.
• – Efficient allocation of CowManager resources and trained personnel
• – Positive feedback on CowManager use through communications channels i.e., Facebook, etc.

Compensation

• – Salary and commissions based on overall sales with full benefits
• – High level of earning potential based on CowManager sales

Job Requirements

• – 4 year degree in related area of study and 4+ years relevant and progressive experience
• – Strong interpersonal, organizational and computer skills along with excellent written and oral communications
• – Including ability to assist local CowManager specialists in installs and project layouts, this includes ability to regularly sit, stand, bend, walk, climb, and lift and carry objects up to 100 lbs.
• – Superior planning and project management skills
• – Ability to travel
